Juliane Ade works with organizations, groups and individuals as an Open Space facilitator and a mediator.
* 1970. Since 2001 lawyer and mediator, specializing in mediation exclusively. First encounter with Open Space in 2003 at the Community Mediation Service, Frankfurt (Oder). Recognized as a mediator and mediation trainer by the Federal Association of Mediators BM e.V., Germany.
Open Space and Mediation are both approaches that work with what actually motivates and moves people. In a simple - not easy – way they are at the same time action-, thus result, as well as process- and relationship-oriented. They allow and support people to get in touch with themselves and others and to take charge of their matters. In Open Space it becomes very clear what is and what is not, whether there is passion and responsibility or not. That is one of the reasons why Open Space can be so amazingly effective.
Designing and facilitating processes that open space for learning, development, growth, self-determined actions of people and organizations based on responsibility & freedom.
